Winter Wedding Cake

I sold this wedding cake just before Christmas in 2017.

It was a vanilla cake with Sugar Plum filling and Swiss Meringue Buttercream.

The bride and groom designed the cake

I made a couple of little practice cakes ahead of time.

All of the flowers were piped with American buttercream
