Among Us Cake

I made this Among Us cake for Halloween this year. A dead crewmate with a pumpkin hat just seemed perfect for a spooky Halloween cake.

It was a red velvet cake with chocolate ganache and was covered entirely in modeling chocolate.

This was my first time working with modeling chocolate to cover a cake and I loved it! I may never go back to fondant.

Modeling chocolate is easier to work with and tastes so much better (especially when paired with chocolate frosting).
